Industrias KEL, C. A. is a human-consumption-food manufacturer enterprise which has been producing rice flour under "KEL" brand for more than 45 years using the rice grains from the main rice plantations of the country.
The process of packaging is done in our enterprise in order to control the high hygienic conditions and keep an optimum quality of the product.

Industrias KEL, C. A., processes the following products:

KEL, rice flour, is used in an wide variety of cooking recipes: baby food for six-months-old babies and up, custards, crackers, cakes, pancakes, sauces, beverages, "chichas" and much more.

KEL, rice flour comes in three different sizes packed in a thermoplastic box of:

450 grams, 24 units/box
900 grams, 12 units/box
1800 grams, 12 units/box

The containers are made of plastic which are printed in full color, sealed with a special foil and a plastic lid.

Industrial rice flour is used by enterprises in the process of food products. It is packed in bags of 40 Kgs. made with reinforced plastic.

Also, IKELCA process paddy rice which is bought to the farmers in order to get the best white rice possible. This is sold in bundles with 24 units and 900 grs. each one, or in bags of 50 kgrs.

MAIZKEL, integral precooked corn flour, is processed with heart-healthy-whole corn grain, which is,  the complete germ and the total fiber of the corn grain. These two elements confer high nutritional characteristics to the flour, that is why MAIZKEL is an excellent source of proteins, carbohydrates and high fiber. This product is sold in bundles with 20 units and 1 kgr. each one.

MAIZKEL can be used in an extended variety of traditional recipes:
Tortillas (Mexico), arepas and hallacas (Venezuela), polenta (Italy), cakes, bread, biscuits and more.

The philosophy that Industrias KEL, C. A., follows in the manufacturing process of its products is that they must be 100% natural, that means, completely free from any chemical additives (thickers, preservatives or others) in order to guarantee their purity and can help to have a good digestion and avoid gastric symptoms or any other adverse affects in delicate digestive systems.
